He has carved out a 10-plus-year career in financial services built on authentic, meaningful connections. “My mother always told me, ‘If it’s meant to be, it’s up to me.’” Jason said. “My goal is to assist each client with taking on the responsibility of managing your financial health in hopes of leading you to an enjoyable retirement.” Jason received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and health administration from the University of South Dakota.
Jason’s life outside of finance is rich with personal connections and community involvement. Living in Severna Park, Maryland, with his wife Lacey and their five children, he donates time to his church and serves as treasurer for a local nonprofit organization.

A graduate of Bentley University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Lily entered the industry in 2020 as an intern and has since grown into her role as a licensed professional, holding both her Life & Health Insurance License and Series 7. Her academic foundation and professional experience equip her to provide thoughtful, transparent guidance that helps families achieve financial clarity and confidence.
On her free days, Lily enjoys horseback riding, boating, and traveling. She also loves spending time with her family, especially when it involves watching sports together.

Over her 10 years with the firm, Jessie has played a crucial role in its growth and development, ensuring that operations align seamlessly with LaBarge Financial’s mission to help clients Retire With More Than Just Money. With eight years of prior customer service experience, she combines deep institutional knowledge with a client-first mindset, creating efficient processes that keep families supported at every step.
On her free days, Jessie enjoys spending time with her husband Joe and their two kids, cheering them on in sports and dance. She also loves relaxing at the beach and catching Orioles games with her family.

Alyssa O is the Director of Client Accounts, leading the concierge team and overseeing client service operations to ensure families’ account needs are met with care and accuracy. In her role, she manages rollover transactions, guides the families we serve through retirement asset transfers, works with mortgage lenders to facilitate documentation, and processes retirement income distributions so families have timely access to their funds. With seven years of experience at LaBarge Financial and a background in nursing studies at Anne Arundel Community College, Alyssa brings both precision and compassion to her work, helping clients feel confident and supported throughout their financial journey.
On her free days, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Travis, their children, McKinley and Carter, and their pup, Buckey. She loves staying active at the kids’ sporting events and attending Orioles games—though football season in their house is divided between her Washington Commanders and Travis’s Ravens.

Having over 18 years of experience in the banking and finance industry along with more than 3 years in marketing and event management, Amanda uses her leadership and expertise skills to play a vital role in shaping the firm’s brand presence and delivering memorable experiences for the families we serve.
On her free days, Amanda enjoys traveling—having visited 12 countries and counting—with her husband of 14 years, Mark. She is also a part-time travel agent specializing in Disney, and she loves planning parties and spending time at the beach.

She studied Psychology at Anne Arundel Community College, earning her associate’s degree, and went on to complete a Certificate in Clinical Mental Healthcare at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Alyssa brings both compassion and attention to detail to every client interaction, making her an essential part of the team’s client-focused experience.
On her free days, Alyssa enjoys traveling—especially to Disney World—spending time with her husband, daughter, and their bloodhound pup, Bruno, and relaxing with a good Netflix series.

Katie is the Client Service Coordinator, managing new business processing, carefully reviewing and organizing prospect and client assets to prepare applications and facilitate account transfers. Bringing three years of banking experience prior to joining LaBarge Financial over two and a half years ago, Katie has a strong sense of organization, patience, and care—qualities she now uses every day as she guides clients through the transition process. In her role, she also conducts research and follow-up to ensure each transition is handled smoothly, providing clients with a seamless and supportive experience.
On her free days, Katie enjoys reading, watching crime documentaries, and connecting with friends online through video games.

Erin is the Client Service Specialist on the concierge team, where she oversees account servicing requests including withdrawals, beneficiary changes, and contact updates. She also leads the firm’s Social Security sign-up support, guiding clients through what can often be a complex process. A graduate of Anne Arundel Community College with an associate degree in communications, Erin’s background in customer service, human resources, healthcare, and marketing has strengthened her ability to adapt quickly, anticipate client needs, and communicate with clarity and care—qualities that make her an invaluable resource for the families we serve.
On her free days, Erin enjoys going to concerts and amusement parks, spending time with her family and cats, swimming, and exploring the outdoors through long walks and hikes.

She also ensures that the advisors have everything they need for their meetings to run smoothly, helping create a seamless client experience. A 2008 graduate of Trinity College of Arts & Science, Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree in history. Her background in history sharpened her research, organization, and communication skills—strengths she brings daily to her role in supporting both the team and clients. With prior experience in various financial institutions, she brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every task.
On her free days, Yvonne enjoys taking long walks with her dogs, cooking with her husband and daughter, and visiting museums and musicals.

Martin is the Advisor Support Specialist, dedicated to helping advisors prepare and deliver comprehensive strategies for the families we serve. He works under advisors to assist with running retirement analysis, building investment models, 401k plans, stock and financial plan reviews to optimize retirement outcomes. Currently pursuing dual studies in finance and entrepreneurship at Suffolk University, Martin combines his academic training with practical industry experience to bring thoughtful problem-solving and a forward-looking perspective to his role. After first joining LaBarge as a summer intern in 2024, his strong performance earned him a permanent position, where he continues to contribute both remotely from school and in-person while home.
On his free days, Martin enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing rugby, and taking spontaneous trips. When home, he also loves boating and swimming in the Severn River.

AnnaLou is the Digital Marketing Coordinator, responsible for managing and growing the firm’s digital presence across all platforms. She oversees the visual and strategic execution of brand identity—everything from social media and email campaigns to print ads. A 2025 graduate of the University of Maryland, AnnaLou holds dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and international business, complemented by a semester abroad in Milan, where she studied Fashion Management. Her background in fashion fuels her passion for storytelling and her keen eye for aesthetics, helping to ensure the brand remains both cohesive and compelling.
On her free days, AnnaLou enjoys boating and swimming in the Severn River, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves shopping, running, and exploring new styles and trends that inspire her creative work.
